dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce bude analýza efektivnosti investičního záměru pohřební služby s následným výběrem vhodného zdroje jeho financování. V teoretické části práce bude zpracována literární rešerše problematiky financování investičního záměru. Pozornost bude zaměřena především na investice, na investiční rozhodování, na rizika spojená s investováním a na popis hlavních metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic. V závěru teoretické části budou uvedeny možnosti financování dané investice. V praktické části bakalářské práce bude představen podnik, včetně jeho investičního záměru. Různými metodami bude vyhodnocena efektivnost investice. V neposlední řadě bude navržen a doporučen optimální způsob jeho financování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the effectiveness of the investment plan of funeral services followed by selection of a suitable source of its funding. The theoretical part will be handled by a literature review issue of financing the investment plan. Attention will be focused on the investment, the investment decision, the risks associated with investing a description of methods of evaluating the effectiveness of investments. At the end of theoretical part will be provided of possibilities of financing investment. In the practical part of the thesis will be introduced to the enterprise, including its investment objective. Different methods will be evaluated efficiency investments. Finally, it will be designed and recommended optimal method of financing.
