Diplomová práce na téma "Projekt systému řízení nákladů v podniku XYZ" je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů daného subjektu, analýzu procesů, řízení a souvisejících faktorů, se zamě-řením na řízení nákladů v podniku. V teoretické části se zaměřuje na výklad a popis obec-ného pojetí nákladů, outsourcingu, okolí podniku a faktorů působících na podnik, v návaznosti na management a řízení společnosti. V praktické části se dotýká přímo kon-krétní organizace, analýzy specifických podnikatelských rizik, nákladů a jejich řízení včetně organizační struktury, probíhajících procesů a aktivit, s návrhem na efektivní využití pri-márních a podpůrných činností, včetně jejich implementace do systému řízení podniku. |
