dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kvality života v domově pro seniory z pohledu seniora. V teoretické části se zabývám vývojem přístupu ke stáří, změnami které provází stárnutí a stáří, potřebami seniorů. V další části se zabývám problematikou pobytových zařízení pro seniory, legislativním zakotvením a standardy kvality a sociální prací a péčí o seniory. V praktické části se zabývám kvalitativním výzkumem zaměřeným na zjištění kvality života ve vybraném zařízení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the quality of life at an old people´s home from the point of view of a pensioner. In the theoretical part I deal with the development of the approach toward the aged, changes that accompany the process of growing old and the aged, and the needs of pensioners.In the next part of my thesis I deal with the issue of temporary residences for pensioners, ties to legislation, and standards of quality, social work and care for pensioners. In the practical part I deal with the qualitative research aimed at determining the quality of life in the selected organization.
