Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je analyzovať prednosti a nedostatky aktuálneho sociálneho programu vo firme a navrhnúť program sociálnych výhod, ktorý by bol vyhovujúcejší pre zamestnancov. V práci je najskôr spracovaná literárna rešerše vzťahujúca sa k proble-matike sociálneho programu vo firme. V analytickej časti je predstavená firma VARIAS, a.s. a zhodnotený aktuálny sociálny program v podniku. Toto zhodnotenie bolo prevedené pomocou dotazníkového šetrenia týkajúceho sa spokojnosti zamestnancov. Výsledkom tejto práce sú navrhnuté doporučenia pre firmu VARIAS, a.s. v oblasti zamestnaneckých benefi-tov. Autorka verí, že niektoré z jej návrhov a odporúčaní budú uplatnené v praxi a prispejú k ďalšiemu rozvoju firmy. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the strenghts and the imperfections of the cur-rent social programme in a company and to suggest a plan of a social advantages which would be convenient for the emploees. First of all there is a search output concerning the problems of the social preogramme in a company. In an analytic part there is an introduction of the company VARIAS Inc. and also the evaluation of the social programme in a compa-ny. This evaluation was made by interviewing the emploees about their satisfaction. The result of this thesis are suggested recommendations for a VARIAS Inc. in the area of the employee's amenities (benefits). The author believes that some of her suggestions and re-commendations will be used in profession and that they would help in further company's developement. |
