dc.description.abstract	Moje práce pod názvem Angiosál z pohledu pacienta s akutním koronárním syndromem je soustředěna na problematiku akutních koronárních syndromů. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části popisuji anatomii srdce, patofyziologii tohoto onemocnění, možnosti diagnostiky a léčby a možné komplikace akutního koronárního syn-dromu. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum v oblasti dané problematiky. Výzkum je realizován dotazníkovou metodou. Na základě analýzy výsledků jsou vyhodnoceny hypotézy mé práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	My thesis titled CathLab from the Perspective of the Patient with Acute Coronary Syndrome focuses on acute coronary syndromes. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the heart, the pathophysiology of this disease, diagnostic and therapeutic options and possible complications of acute coronary syndrome. The practical part is focused on the research of this topic. Research is conducted by questionnaire method. Hypotheses of my work are evaluated based on the analysis results.
