Práce se zabývá procesem individuálního plánování v péči o seniory. První část charakterizuje osobnost seniora, specifika stárnutí, historický vývoj procesu péče o staré občany z pohledu tradiční a moderní společnosti. Analyzuji strategii péče o seniory z legislativního hlediska a nastíním jeho provázanost se standardy kvality sociálních služeb propojené s individuálním plánováním. Zaměřím se na význam, průběh a jednotlivé fáze individuálního plánování, formulaci osobního cíle, osobní profil a rizikový plán. V druhé praktické části posuzuji celkový význam zavádění individuálních plánů do praxe, zda jsou účinnými nástroji pro zkvalitnění terénní péče. |

In my master´s thesis I focus on individual planning in the caring of seniors. First part of this thesis describes the personality of a senior in the process of getting old, its specifications, briefly picture of the historical development of the care of old citizen in accordance of traditional and modern society. I analyse the strategy of caring of seniors in the legislative wier and outline its interconnection with standards of quality of social services and their close interaction with the process of individual planning. I also focus on the meaning, course of aciton and particular parts of individual planning, formulating the personal goal, personal determination a plan of hazadr. In the second, practical part, I judge general meaning of introduction of individual plans which are put in place, I try to find if they are effective for the better quality of field social work. |
