dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je rozebrat specifika vzdělávání seniorů. Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy a historií vzdělávání seniorů společně s tím, jak je pro seniory důležité získávat nové znalosti a dovednosti. Vzdělávací metody hrají důležitou úlohu stejně jako i překážky, které senioři musí překonat, aby se mohli vzdělávat. Práce zpracovává rovněž formy vzdělávání a příklady dobré praxe. Praktická část se zabývá otázkou, jaká jsou specifika ve vzdělávání seniorů, a to pohledem lektorů prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Senioři přistupují ke vzdělávání uvědoměleji než mladí dospělí, s nimiž byli porovnáváni, a tento přístup jim umožňuje dosáhnout svých cílů, mezi nimiž vystupuje hlubší integrace do dnešní společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis provides the analysis of specificity in education of older people. The theoretical part talks about the basic terms and history in education of older people as well as the importance in gaining knowledge and skills in older age. Didactic methods plays important role as well as obstacles that needs to be overcome in order to take in some form of education activity. There are as well mentioned the forms of education or the issues dealing with examples of best prectice. The practical part explores specificity in education of older people from lector's point of view with the help of quality research where half-structured interview is used. The approach of older people to education is more cinscious then the one of young adults to which older people were compared to and this approach enables them to gain acces to their individual aims. Among one of the more important aims belong deeper integration to the society of nowaday life.
