dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem "Komunikace mezi porodní asistentkou a tělesně postiženou ženou v průběhu těhotenství, porodu a šestinedělí". Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit úroveň komunikačních schopností porodních asistentek. Práce je rozdělená na dvě hlavní části. Teoretická část objasňuje komunikaci v porodnictví a specifika komunikace s tělesně postiženými osobami, dále se zaměřuje na etiku, na vymezení pojmu osoba se zdravotním postižením a v neposlední řadě se věnuje samotnému mateřství tělesně postižených žen. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového výzkumu, které jsou znázorněny v tabulkách a grafech a jsou doplněny komentáři. Doplňující částí je rozhovor s tělesně postiženou matkou. Výsledkem práce je doporučení pro praxi porodních asistentek.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the theme of "Communication between the Midwife and a Disabled Woman during Pregnancy, Birth and Puerperium." The main objective is to determine the level of communication skills of midwives. The work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part explains communication in obstetrics and specifics of communication with disabled persons, focusing on ethics, to you-specifying the notion of a person with disabilities, and last but not least, is dedicated to the maternity of disabled women. The practical part contains the results of a questionnaire-survey above, which are shown in tables and graphs and are accompanied by commentary. Additional parts of the interview with a disabled mother. The result is a recommendation for the practice of midwifery.
