dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem zlepšení vybraných výrobních procesů ve slévárně S+C Alfanametal v části zvané cídírna a řešením konkrétního problému úzkého místa na pracovišti tryskání. Cílem práce je zlepšit vybrané procesy tryskání a manipulace. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, která obsahuje literární rešerši dané problematiky a na část praktickou. V praktické části je za pomocí procesní analýzy určen stávající stav v cídírně a navržen projekt vedoucí ke zlepšení. V rámci projektu byly použity průmyslová metoda workshopu a technika brainstormingu. Syntézou výstupů z provedených analýz a workshopu byl zpracován katalog opatření pro zlepšení procesu tryskání, jehož součástí je proces manipulace. Projekt obsahuje návrh na technickou úpravu tryskacího stroje pro zvýšení efektivity výrobního procesu. Projekt byl schválen managementem pro realizaci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the improvement of selected manufacturing processes in the finishing part of the foundry S + C ALFANAMETAL and the solution to specific problem of the bottleneck in the blasting workplace. The aim of the thesis is to improve selected blasting and handling processes. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part includes literature review of the selected issue. In the practical part, the current status of the finishing part by using process analysis is determined and proposed is the project to improve the process. In the project part, there were used industrial methods, like workshop and brainstorming. By synthesis of the outputs from the analysis and workshop was elaborated a proceeding catalog for the improvement of the blasting process, including the handling process. The project includes the proposal for technical adjustment of the blasting machine leading to an increase of efficiency of the production process. The project was approved by the management for implementation.
