dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout vhodnou variantu financování investičního záměru společnosti XY. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část popisuje investice z hlediska jejich kvalifikace, fáze investičního procesu a zhodnocení jejich efektivnosti. Dále jsou zde představeny formy financování investičních projektů zaměřené na externí a interní zdroje a popsán postup sestavení finanční analýzy. V praktické části je představena společnost XY, pro kterou je vypracována finanční analýza pro poslední čtyři období. Výsledky jsou porovnány s příslušným odvětvím. Poté je prezentován investiční záměr společnosti a popis konkrétních nabídek financování od vybraných peněžních ústavů. Tyto nabídky jsou vyhodnoceny podle jejich efektivnosti. Závěr praktické části je zaměřen na zhodnocení výsledků a výběr nejvhodnější varianty financování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the thesis is to propose a suitable alternative of financing investment intent of the company XY. Thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part describes classification of investments, phases of investments process and the evaluation of the effectiveness. There are introduced forms of the financing investments intent focused on internal and external sources and is described the procedure of financial analysis. In the practical part is presenting the company XY for which is prepared the financial analysis for the last 4 periods, and comparing with branch. In the next part is presented the investment plan of the company and a description of specific offers of financing from selected financial institutions. These offers are evaluated according to their effectiveness. The conclusion of the practical part is focused on the evaluation of results and choosing the best financing options.
