dc.description.abstract	Práce se po teoretické stránce věnuje právnímu vymezení problematiky havarijního plánování a pojednává o možnostech využití bezpečnostních a havarijních plánů v oblasti návrhu systému ochrany a bezpečnosti. Dále jsou popsány metody řízení rizik, analýzy a stručně jsou popsány bezpečnostní opatření zařízení a objektů, v nichž se vyskytují nebezpečné chemické látky. V praktické části je v rámci vybrané společnosti zpracována bezpečnostní zpráva a vypracována analýza rizik, na základě které je navržena struktura systému řízení bezpečnosti a ochrany prostřednictvím platné legislativy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on legal definition of emergency planning issues and discusses the possibilities of using safety and emergency plans from the perspective of protection and safety system proposal. The following part describes the risk management methods, analysis, and there are shortly described security measures of facilities and buildings, thats contains hazardous chemical substances. In the practical part, there is elaborated safety report and a risk analysis for the selected entity, based on which is designed the structure of the safety and protection system management in accordance with a current legislation.
