dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část práce bude diskutovat o postavení HZS v rámci krizového řízení státu a to jak z pohledu právního vymezení tak z pohledu typových činností a jejích vazeb na municipální úroveň krizového řízení. V rámci praktické části student realizuje návrh specifických typových činností, které zohlední oblastně specifické řešení mimořádných událostí v rámci zvolené municipality.
