Bakalářská práce je orientována na problematiku tvorby návrhu vnitropodnikových směrnic pro obchodní korporaci ORTHOPOM bratři Škodové, spol. s r. o. Teoretická část je zpracována formou literární rešerše. Vysvětluje pojem vnitropodnikové směrnice, jejich význam a klasifikaci. Vymezuje nejdůležitější legislativu upravující tvorbu těchto vnitřních předpisů, nejčastější chyby při zpracování a rizika při jejich nevytvoření. Obsahuje též charakteristiku zvolených vnitropodnikových směrnic. Praktická část je věnována nejdříve analýze stávajících vnitřních předpisů sledované obchodní korporace a následně samotné tvorbě návrhu upravených či nových vnitropodnikových směrnic. V závěru práce jsou uvedena pozitiva a eventuální rizika spjata s touto problematikou. V neposlední řadě stanovena doporučení pro efektivnější řízení dané obchodní korporace. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of the proposal of internal directives for the company ORTHOPOM bratři Škodové, spol. s r. o. The theoretical part is processed through literary retrieval. It explains the term internal directives, their significance and classification. It identifies the most important legislation regarding the formation of these internal regulations, the most common processing mistakes and also risks of their failure to create. It also includes characteristics of selected internal directives. The practical part is devoted to the first analysis of existing internal regulations following business corporation and the subsequently creation of the proposal modified or new internal directives. In the end there are presented the positives and potential risks associated with this issue. Finally, recommendations are given for more effective control of the business corporation. |
