Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sestavení kvalifikačních předpokladů pro provozování činností "Dodávka a montáž poplachových a zabezpečovacích tísňových systémů a elektrické požární signalizace". Cílem práce je sestavit přehled nejdůležitějších legislativních a normativních požadavků kladených na právnické a fyzické osoby působící v této oblasti ať již jako podnikatelské subjekty, či jako jejich zaměstnanci. Součástí bakalářské práce je též sestavení doporučeného postupu tvorby návrhu a následné realizace dodávky poplachového zabezpečovacího a tísňového systému (PZTS) a elektrické požární signalizace (EPS). V úvodu teoretické části práce je vysvětlen pojem a účel použití PZTS a EPS. V další části práce jsou uvedeny kvalifikační předpoklady spočívající ve splnění stanovených legislativních a normativních požadavků. Praktická část ve svém úvodu popisuje bezpečnostní analýzu a proces realizace systémů PZTS a EPS. Následuje praktický příklad provedení bezpečnostní analýzy a návrhu projekt montáže, jakož i návrh výukových a školících materiálů prezentujících řešenou problematiku. V závěru praktické části bakalářské práce je provedena syntéza problému v podobě souhrnného přehledu kvalifikačních předpokladů a rozebrán předpokládaný vývoj problému. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the development of qualification requirements for the activities of "Supply and Installation of Intruder and Hold-Up Alarm Systems and Fire Detection and Fire Alarm Systems. The aim of this work is to create an overview of the most important legislative and normative requirements imposed on legal and natural persons operating in this domain, whether as market economy operators, or as their employees. This thesis also further implements the compilation of recommended method for design creation and the subsequent realization of Intruder and Hold-Up Alarm Systems (I&HAS) and Fire Detection and Fire Alarm Systems (FD&FAS) supply. The purpose of using I&HAS and FD&FAS is explained in the introduction of the thesis' theoretical part. In the subsequent part of the work, the qualification requirements, consisting in the completion of laid down legislative and normative requirements are introduced. Security analysis and the process of realization of the I&HAS and FD&FAS systems is described in the introduction of the practical part of my work. A virtual example of implementation of security analysis and the design of project assembling, as well as the draft of educational and training material, presenting the topic in discussion follows. In the conclusion of my bachelor thesis, a synthesis of the subject matter in the form of overall synopsis of qualification requirements is rendered, and the anticipated development of the subject matter is analyzed. |
