dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kompetentností krizových manažerů. V části teoretické jsou vysvětleny pojmy kompetentnost, krizový management a celostní kompetentnost krizového manažera. Hlavními sledovanými ukazateli jsou manažerská kompetentnost, její základní způsoby rozvoje. V praktické části je pomocí interview analyzována celostní kompetentnost, rozhovory s krizovými manažery z vybraných organizací, SWOT analýza,skórovací metoda s mapou rizik. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat úroveň kompetentnosti jednotlivých krizových manažerů ve vybraných organizacích a navrhnout doporučení pro zvýšení úrovně kompetentnosti krizových manažerů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the competence of crisis managers. In the theoretical part are explained terms of competence, cris management and holistic competency of crisis manager. The main observed indicators are managerial competence and its basic ways of development. In the practical part is analyzed the holistic competency by interview and dialogues with crisis managers from selected organizations, SWOT analysis and scoring method with map of risk. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the level of individual competence of crisis managers from selected organizations and to propose a recommendation for rasing the level of competence of crisis managers.
