Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou plytvania, ktoré zásadne vplýva na výšku nákladov, a teda aj na celkovú konkurencieschopnosť podniku. Priekopníkom v oblasti eliminácie plytvania bola Toyota, ktorej výrobný systém je stále vzorom efektivity a kvality nielen pre ostatné automobilky ale aj pre podniky v mnohých ďalších odvetviach. Z Toyoty pochádza aj metóda Value Stream Mapping - mapovanie hodnotového toku, ktorá pomáha k identifikácií plytvania. Cieľom práce nie je len plytvanie identifikovať, ale taktiež pomocou nástrojov priemyselného inžinierstva ich aj odstrániť. |

The diploma work is dealing with problems of waste, which mainly influence the cost level and also the overall competitiveness of a firm. Pioneer in wast elimination was Toyota, whose production system is still a pattern of effectivnes and quality not only for others car factories but also for firms in many other industry. From Toyota come also a method called Value Stream Mapping, which helps to identification waste. The goal of this work isn't only waste identification but also through the tools of industrial engineering eliminate waste. |
