Bakalářská práce s tématem "Řízení rizik ve vybrané společnosti" je zaměřená na řešení problematiky podnikatelských rizik, jejich analýzu a řízení. Teoretická část charakterizuje podnik, jeho okolí a faktory, které na podnik působí. Dále se zaměřuje na analýzu podnikatelského rizika a jeho řízení. Praktická část se dotýká konkrétního podniku, analýzy a řízení rizik, což představuje jejich identifikaci, ohodnocení, stanovení příčin a následků, zhodnocení a návrhů opatření vedoucí k minimalizaci nebo eliminaci rizik. |

This bachelor thesis "Risk management in the selected company" deals with the entrepreneurial risks, their resolution, the analysis and their management. In the theoretical part there is company characteristic, its surroundings and factors that have some effects on the company. There is also the analysis of the entrepreneurial risks and its management. The practical part deals the specific company, the analysis and risks management, that consists of the identification, the evaluation, the determination of the causes and consequences, the assessment and the proposal of the measures leading to the risks minimization or risks elimination. |
