dc.description.abstract	Tato práce je popisem událostí, jichž jsem byl přímým účastníkem v průběhu svého profesního působení v rádiu Frekvence 1. V období, o kterém práce pojednává, jsem působil jako šéfdramaturg stanice a na transformaci Frekvence 1 jsem se přímo podílel. Tato práce není a ani nemůže být vyčerpávajícím popisem událostí. Popisované transformační kroky jsou navíc zatížené neobjektivním pohledem spolutvůrce. Na druhou stranu jsem zaznamenal pouze věci, které podle mého názoru hráli při transformaci Frekvence 1 důležitou roli.

In the years which are described in this work I was working as an editor in chief, and I personally took part in the transformation. This work is not and can not be an exhaustive description of events. Described transformational steps are also affected by me as a subjective co-author. On the other hand, I only noted the events which were in my opinion important in the transformation
