dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem struktury nákladů firmy SR Střechy – Sdružení fyzických osob a možnostmi jejich ovlivnění. Blíže se věnuje problematice rozdělení a řízení nákladů, finanční analýze a je zde zahrnut také controlling. V praktické části je představena firma SR Střechy a zhodnocena ekonomická situace pomocí vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Další částí je analýza zaměřená na vývoj nákladů a shrnutí výsledků této analýzy. Hlavní náplní mé bakalářské práce je na základě výsledků finanční analýzy a analýzy nákladů návrh optimálnějšího využití fixních nákladů, který je uveden v závěrečné části.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with analysis of structure of costs in the firm SR Střechy – Assosciation of Entrepreneurs and possibilities of their influence. It also provides more detailed information about allocation and regulation of costs, financial analysis and there is included controlling too. In practical part is introduction of company SR Střechy and evalution of economic situation using the select indicators of financial analysis. In the next part is the analysis aimed at developement of costs and summary of results. The main aim of my bachelor thesis is on the basic of results of financial analysis and cost analysis give the motion of optimum fixed costs exploitation which is presented on the final part.
