dc.description.abstract	V dynamickém rozvoji informačních technologii se hlavním předpokladem rozvoje vysokorychlostní internet. Tato podmínka platí jak pro firemní a státní sektor, tak i pro soukromé osoby. Ačkoli má každá obec svá specifika, může má práce sloužit jako univerzální návod pro připojení menších vesnic v regionu. Správu a náklady na infrastrukturu sítě si následně řeší obec již sama.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Fast speed Internet is the most important for the development of information technology in today’s fast growing world. This applies to both private and public sector, but also to individuals. Despite the fact that each region has its own specifications, my work can act as universal manual for the connection of smaller villages in the region. Revnue cost, such as maintenance of infrastructure network, is dealt and funded by each region itself.
