dc.description.abstract	V diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou zvýšení výkonnosti podniku prostřednictvím implementace metody Balanced Scorecard. Při zpracování práce jsem nejdříve analyzoval vnější okolí podniku ABC, s.r.o (SWOT a Porterova analýza). Následně jsem zhodnotil podnik z hlediska finanční analýzy. Poté jsem provedl literární rešerši a shrnul teoretické poznatky o metodě Balanced Scorecard. Na základě těchto poznatků jsem vypracoval projekt, který má za cíl zvýšit výkonnost podniku ABC, s.r.o. V projektu jsem podrobně popsal jednotlivé kroky implementace BSC, včetně zobrazení efektivnosti navrženého řešení formou dlouhodobého finančního plánu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my master thesis I’m engaged in problematic of increasing companies efficiency through the implementation of the method Balanced Scorecard. By the processing this master thesis first I was analyzing outside environment of the company (SWOT and Porters analyses), then I was valued the company in light of financial analyze. Then I was performing a literature search and summing up a theoretical knowledges about the method Balanced Scorecard. On behalf of those knowledges I was working out a project, which aim is to increase a efficiency of the company ABC, Ltd.. In the project I described closely individual step of the implementation Balanced Scorecard including the picture of effectiveness designed to solving by form of the long term financial plan.
