dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá projektem zlepšení mimomzdové motivace zaměstnanců ve firmě IVAX Pharmaceuticals s. r. o., Opava – Komárov. Na základě poznatků z teorie se zabývá analýzou mimomzdové motivace společnosti IVAX Pharmaceuticals s. r. o. a návrhem projektu. Byla zde představena firma a zanalyzována její mimomzdová motivace zaměstnanců. Pomocí analýzy dotazníků byly zjištěny důležité informace, které přispěli k lepší formulaci návrhů a doporučení pro firmu. Byl navržen projekt s cílem zlepšit současnou mimomzdovou motivace ve firmě a vyhodnocení přínosů projektu z hlediska jeho praktické realizovatelnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma dissertation deal with the motivation of employees in the company IVAX Pharmaceuticals regardless of wages. Basing on theory, I achieved a motivation of employees regardless of wages analysis and I put forward a project. The company is introduced and its employees´ motivation analysed. I used a questionnaire to get the information, which contributed to better wording of proposals and recommendation. The aim of the suggested project is to improve the motivation of employees regardless wages and to analyze the project contribution from view of its practical feasibility.
