dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce hodnotí teoretická východiska v oblasti obezřetného podnikání bank současne analyzuje legislativu Evropské unie a její přepojení na legislativu Slovenské republiky v dané oblasti. Zkoumá současný stav problematiky obezřetného podnikání bank a v závěru pojednává o teoretických rizikách a problémech souvisejících s aplikací projektu do praxe.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Theoretical issues in the area of prudent banking are addressed by this thesis including an analysis of EC legislation and the links to legislation of the Slovak Republic in respective business areas. The current situation in the area of prudent banking related issues is investigated and the summarising part of thesis deals with theoretical risks and problems related to the project implementation into practice.
