dc.description.abstract	Predložená diplomová práca rieši problematiku zvyšovania konkurencieschopnosti podniku Kovárna ''VIVA'' Zlín, spol. s r. o. konkrétnymi rozpracovanými návrhmi vychádzajúcimi z priorít zistených v analytickej časti. Práca je rozdelená na tri samostatné časti: teoretickú, analytickú a projektovú.V teoretickej časti je konfrontovaný zámer idey a hypotézy s dostupnými literárnymi prameňmi z oblasti konkurencieschopnosti a možností jej zvyšovania. Analytická časť diplomovej práce sa zaoberá skúmaním kovárenského priemyslu a zhodnotením hlavných konkurentov v Česku aj v zahraničí. Ďalej obsahuje zhodnotenie ekonomického stavu podniku prostredníctvom výpočtu ekonomickej pridanej hodnoty EVA a indexu IN. Táto časť práce je tiež zameraná na vyčíslenie celkového potenciálu a skúmanie technologickej vyspelosti pomocou porovnania s konkurenčnými podnikmi - benchmarkingu a sú v nej uplatnené i ďalšie analytické metódy. V projektovej časti sú na základe výsledkov analytickej časti rozpracované navrhované opatrenia na zvýšenie konkurencieschopnosti podniku - zavedenie nového technického riešenia linky tepelného spracovania využitím programu Ministerstva priemyslu a obchodu Rozvoj II, využitie podpory investičnou pobídkou - čiastočná zľava na dani z príjmov po dobu desiatich rokov a kapitálový vstup zahraničného investora.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master thesis deals with the problem how to increase the ability to compete of enterprise Kovarna "VIVA" Zlin, s. r. o. by using concrete analysed proposals starting from the priorities concluded in the analytical part. Work is devided into three separate parts: theoretical, analytical and project one. In the theoretical part there is the intension of idea and hypothesis being confronted with bibliography sources about ability to compete and possibilities of increasing the ability. The analytical part of master thesis discusses forging industry analysis and evaluation of the main competitors in the Czech Republic and foreign countries. This part contains the evaluation of company economic stage using economic value added and index IN. The analytical part focuses as well on the total potential numbering and exploring the technology level by comparing with competitors – benchmarking and there are more analytical methods used in this part of work. In the project part there are recommendation proposals starting from analytical basis of increasing ability to compete for the company – implementation of new technical performance of heat treatment equipment using the Ministry of industry and business program Rozvoj II, using the investment stimulation public support – partial exemption lasting ten years and contribution of capital from foreign investor.
