Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou sociální péče a sociálními službami v domově pro seniory. Je zde nastíněna charakteristika stáří, problémy ve stáří a potřeby seniorů, zaměřená hlavně na jejich sexuální prožívání a sexuální otázky. Prostřednictvím vhodných analytických metod je provedena analýza sexuálního (mileneckého), popř. kamarádského, vztahu seniorů v domově pro seniory. Na základě výsledků provedených analýz jsou formulována doporučení, jak lze tyto potřeby seniorů uspokojit. Dílčím cílem je i popis teoretických poznatků z oblasti sexuality a milostného prožívání seniorů. Důležitou otázkou, kterou bakalářská práce zkoumá, je postoj seniorů k mileneckému vztahu, jejich komunikace a tolerance k sexuálním otázkám v domově pro seniory. V empirické části je použit kvalitativní výzkum zaměřený na zjištění netolerance (popř. tolerance) vůči sexuálním potřebám seniorů v domově pro seniory. |

This thesis deals with the question of social care and social services in homes for the elder-ly. There are outlined characteristics of age, problems in old age and needs of seniors, fo-cusing mainly on their sexual feelings and sexual issues. Through appropriate analytic methods is analyzed sexual (lover), respectively friendly, relationship between seniors in homes for the elderly. Based on the results of analysis are formulated recommendations on how to meet these needs of seniors. Partial aim of the thesis is a description of theoretical knowledge in the field of sexuality and love experience of the seniors. An important ques-tion that thesis examines is the attitude of seniors to sexual (lover) relationship, the com-munication and tolerance of lover relationship between two elderly people in the retirement home. In the empirical part is a qualitative research aimed at finding intolerance (or toler-ance) to the sexual needs of seniors in homes for the elderly. |
