Diplomová práca sa zaoberá klímou triedy, ktorá vplýva na aktivitu a motiváciu žiakov v triede a samotné učebné výsledky. Téma práce sa týka kohézie, súdržnosti na vyučovaní, interakcie v školskej triede, vzťahov medzi spolutvorcami klímy. Praktická časť práce je zameraná na opis súčasného stavu klímy v školských triedach na základnej a strednej škole a to v dimenziách ako podporná klíma triedy, motivácia k negatívnemu školskému výkonu a v dimenzii sebapresadenia. |

The thesis deals with climate of classroom, which affects to the activity and motivation of students in the classroom and actual learning outcomes. The theme of thesis is oriented to the cohesion, coherence in teaching, interaction in classrooms, relationship between co-creators of climate in the classroom. The practical part is focused on the description of the actual climate in classrooms for primary and secondary school and in dimensions as a sup-portive climate of classroom, a negative motivation to school achievement and in the di-mension of self-assertion. |
