dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá uplatněním zdravotně sociálního pracovníka ve zdravotnických zařízeních a zařízeních sociálních služeb. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jak tato zařízení uplatňují zdravotně sociálního pracovníka. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část zahrnuje profil zdravotně sociálního pracovníka, zdravotně sociálního pracovníka ve zdravotnických zařízeních, zdravotně sociálního pracovníka v zařízeních sociálních služeb a metody aplikovatelné ve zdravotně sociální práci. Praktická část formou analýzy inzerátů a dotazníků zkoumá a vyhodnocuje uplatnění zdravotně sociálního pracovníka ve zdravotnických zařízeních a zařízeních sociálních služeb. Dotazníky byly směřovány ředitelům a personálním manažerům zdravotnických zařízení a zařízeních sociálních služeb.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the application of Health Social Worker in health care facilities and social services. The main objektive is to find out how these devices are applied Health Social Worker. The work is dividend into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes a profile of Health Social Worker, Health Social Worker in health care facilities, Health Social Worker in social services and methods applicable in health social work. The practical part by questionnaires examines and evaluates the application of Health Social Worker in health care facilities and social services. Questionnaires were directed to directors and personál managers of health facilities and social services facilities.
