Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá pohledem pěstounů na pěstounskou péči. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jaký názor mají pěstouni na pěstounskou péči. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje především na objasnění problematiky pěstounské péče. První kapitola definuje pojmy, jako jsou pěstounská péče, dávky pěstounské péče, historie a zprostředkování pěstounské péče. Druhá a třetí kapitola nám vymezuje, jaké dítě může přijít do pěstounské péče, kdo je to pěstoun a jak probíhá jejich příprava a vzdělávání. Poslední kapitola blíže specifikuje doprovodné zařízení a organizace, které se zabývají pěstounskou péčí. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na určitý výzkumný problém, který se týká názoru pěstounů na pěstounskou péči. Na tento problém se snaží nalézt odpovědi prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu a za použití techniky polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s pěstouny. |

Submitted bachelor thesis deals with foster parents and their opinion about foster care. The main aim of the thesis is to find out the real opinion of foster parents about foster care based on their own experience. Thesis consists of two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is mainly focused on clarifying issues connected with foster care. First chapter defines concepts such as foster care itself, benefits in foster care, history and mediation of foster care. Second and third chapter define which child could be included in foster care program, who a fosterer is and how their preparation and education look like. Last chapter of the theoretical part is about accompanying organizations that deal with foster care. Practical part is focused on own opinion of foster parents and determines specific problems. It seeks the answers through quality research and for bringing the answers it uses technique of half-structured interview with foster parents. |
