dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá designem modulární víceúčelové stavby s názvem Lighthouse KOMA. Teoretická častá vymezuje důležité pojmy spojené s modulární architekturou a zároveň de-tailně popisuje historický vývoj tématu. Teoretická část tak poskytuje ucelený náhled na mo-dulární architekturu, což je důležité pro snadnější orientaci v části praktické. Praktická část se věnuje portfoliu společnosti Koma Modular a také analýze konkurenčních firem. Druhá část diplomové práce dále popisuje proces vývoje návrhu Lighthouse KOMA a detailně rozebírá jednotlivé části z estetického i technologického hlediska.

dc.description.abstract-translated	A topic of this thesis is oriented towards a design of multifunctional modular construction with the name Lighthouse KOMA. The theoretical part defines the important terminology connected to the modular architecture. It also provides a detailed description of the historical development of this topic. Therefore, the theoretical part gives a comprehensive preview of the modular architecture which supports the easier orientations within a practical part. Practical part is dedicated to the company Koma Modular, to its portfolio, and to the competition analysis. The second part of this thesis further describes the development of a Lighthouse KOMA draft and in detail examines particular parts from the aesthetical and the technological point of view.
