Tématem diplomové práce je návrh zefektivnění pracoviště Sidelight ve společnosti Schott CR, s.r.o., se zaměřením konkrétně na divizi Lighting and Imaging. Práce se dělí na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy průmyslového inženýrství, štíhlé výroby a podrobněji popsány vybrané metody moderního průmyslového inženýrství. Teoretické poznatky jsou aplikovány do analytické části diplomové práce. V praktické části je představena společnost i divize, analyzován současný stav pracoviště Sidelight a identifikovány návrhy na zlepšení efektivity. Projektová část se zabývá rozborem navrhovaných realizovatelných řešení, jejich zhodnocením a vyčíslením nákladů na realizaci návrhů. V závěru práce jsou sepsány přínosy navrhovaných řešení projektu. |

The topic of this thesis is a proposal of improvement at the Sidelight workplace in the company Schott CR, Ltd., focusing on division Lighting and Imaging. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of industrial engineering, lean manufacturing and selected methods of modern industrial engineering. Theoretical knowledge is applied in the practical part of the thesis. In that part, the company and division are analysed and describe the current situation of workplace Sidelight. Then, in the thesis are identified suggestions for improving efficiency. Project part is focusing on proposals and realizable solutions, on their evaluation and quantification of the costs of the proposals´ implementation. In conclusion, it describes benefits of the proposed project. |
