Diplomová práce je zaměřena na proces benchmarkingu ve vybrané obci. Cílem této práce je zjištění současného postupu vybrané obce v procesu benchmarkingu a navržení efektivnějšího procesu, který vede k zjištění a zavedení nejlepší praxe. Hlavním cílem práce je tedy sestavení projektu vedoucího k zefektivnění činností vybrané obce. Teoretická část je zaměřena na uvedení do problematiky, jsou zde vymezeny definice, historický vývoj, zásady a členění benchmarkingu. V praktické části je charakterizována vybraná obec a dále je provedena komparativní analýza profilu úřadu, profilu města a odboru financí. Na základě analýzy je zpracována projektová část. Projekt je sestaven tak, aby umožnil reálný pohled na výsledky výkonnosti organizace a také zjištění nejlepší praxe a její zavedení do stávajících činností organizace. |

The master thesis is focused on the process of benchmarking in a given municipality. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the present procedure of this process and to propose the improvements within this area in order to achieve better results. Theoretical part aims at introducing the basic characteristics of benchmarking, its definition, historical background, fundamentals and classification. The empirical part analyzes characteristics of the given municipality using the comparative analysis of the profiles of given town, its municipal office and its department of finances. Afterwards, the economic project analysis drew the information from these results reflecting the realistic insight into the process of benchmarking. The results enable the organization to improve its current working process and its efficiency of work. |
