Cílem diplomové práce je seznámit s krizovou komunikací se zaměřením na vybrané stresové situace. Teoretická část bude obsahovat základní terminologii, jako je krizová komunikace, stresové situace a rozbor běžných reakcí na ně. V praktické části bude práce zaměřena na vybrané stresové situace, na kterých bude ukázána nezbytnost znalosti krizové komunikace pro jejich nejrychlejší vyřešení s co nejmenšími následky na psychiku zúčastněných osob. |
