dc.description.abstract	Tato práce pojednává o otázkách nízkorizikových půjček na trhu v České republice. V teoretické části vymezuje problematiku nebankovních společností v oblasti podvodů a zpronevěr, současnou legislativu. Dále se zabývá kontrolou a prevencí před nepoctivým či neetickým chováním, ať už ze strany jednotlivce nebo ze strany těchto společností. Poukazuje na rizika a postihy za tuto činnost. Dále nabízí řešení, jak minimalizovat nepoctivé jednání.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work discusses the issues of low-risk loans on the market in the Czech republic. In the theoretical part defines the issue of non-banking companies in the area of frauds and em-bezzlements, the current legislation. It also deals with the control of and prevention against unfair or unethical behavior, whether by individuals or by these companies. Points to the risks and penalties for this activity. Furthermore, it offers solutions on how to minimize the dishonest conduct.
