Práce se zabývá Europolem, jeho organizační strukturou a fungováním. Poskytuje informa-ce o vzniku této agentury, hlavních cílech a odpovědnosti. Dále je popsán Informační sys-tém Europolu, systém ochrany dat, agentura Frontex, je zvýrazněn význam národních jed-notek a rozvedeny možnosti ochrany Evropských hranic. Práce se věnuje i pozici soukro-mých bezpečnostních služeb v rámci českých zákonů. |
