dc.description.abstract	Téma bakalářské práce je věnováno problematice nasazování sil a prostředků Policie České republiky při mimořádných událostech a krizových situacích. Je rozdělena na dvě části, na teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám ochranou obyvatelstva v Evropské unii, NATO a České republice. Lehce se dotýkám krizového řízení a pojmů s ním spojených. Následuje popis Policie České republiky a jednotlivých útvarů. V praktické části analyzuji nasazování sil a prostředků Policie České republiky na konkrétní mimořádné události výbuch muničního skladu ve Vrběticích, s využitím SWOT analýzy. Dále se zabývám dotazníkovým šetřením.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of bachelor thesis is devoted to the issue of deployment of forces and resources of the Police of the Czech Republic during extraordinary events and crisis situations. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is concerned with protection of the population in the European Union, the NATO and the Czech Republic. Lightly touching the crisis management and of concepts associated with it. Is followed by a description of the Police of the Czech Republic and the individual departments. The practical part analyzes deploying of forces and resources of the Police of the Czech Republic to a specific incident - an explosion in ammunition depot Vrbětice, utilizing of SWOT analysis. Then I deal with the questionnaire survey.
