dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se snaží implementovat atributy z normy ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 na podmínky vybraného zdravotnického zařízení. Teoretická část se věnuje základnímu vymezení environmentální problematiky, integrovaného systému managementu spolu s klíčovým legislativním zastřešením a také uvedením systému environmentálního managementu dle normy. Praktická část obsahuje představení organizace, analýzu současného stavu spolu s návrhem možné budoucí strategie nebo klíčového zacílení v zájmové oblasti. Dále je navrhnuto zlepšení v rámci systémových požadavků normy ISO 14001:2005 na podmínky zvolené organizace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor theis aims to implement the attributes from ČSN standard ISO 14001:2005 to the conditions of a specified health facility. The theoretical part focuses on the basic defining of the environmental issues, integrated management system together with the key legislative coverage and also stating the environmental management system according to the standards. The practical part includes presentation of the organisation, analysis of the current state together with a proposal of a possible future strategy or key targeting in the area of interest. Furthermore, it proposes an improvement within the system requirements of ISO 14001:2005 to the conditions of the specified organisation.
