Cílem předkládané práce je popsat negativní důsledky rozvodu na děti a možnosti prevence těchto nepříznivých dopadů. V období rozvodových sporů přestává rodina plnit svoje funkce a dětem často nebývá věnována dostatečná pozornost ze strany rodičů. Děti si pak mohou nést následky rozvodového traumatu po celý život. V některých případech dochází ze strany jednoho z rodičů k popouzení a u dítěte se může rozvinout tzv. Syndrom zavrženého rodiče (SZR), který lze klasifikovat jako psychické týrání dítěte. V rámci prevence nepříznivých dopadů rozvodu na děti existuje několik způsobů, jak jim pomoci: citlivý přístup rodičů, dále pak rodinné poradenství a terapie nebo rodinná a rozvodová mediace. |

The objective of this thesis is to describe negative effects of a divorce on children and a possible prevention of such negative consequences. When parents go through a divorce period, the family fails to perform its function and children lack enough care and attention from their parents. The children may then bear the after-effects of the divorce trauma for the whole life. In some cases, one of the parents incite his/her child against the other, which may result into a Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS). The syndrome is classified as a mental deprivation of the child. To prevent negative effects of a divorce on children, there are several ways to help them: a sensitive approach of their parents, a family consultancy and therapy and a family and divorce mediation. |
