dc.description.abstract	Práca je zameraná na vytvorenie komplexnej analýzy bytových celkov z pohľadu ich zabezpečenia. Vychádza zo štatistík majetkovej kriminality, ktorá je dlhodobo kvantitatívne najvyššia. Medzi hlavné aspekty ovplyvňujúce riešenie práce patria legislatíva ochrany majetku a osôb v Českej republike, súčasné metódy analýzy rizík, ako aj metódy ochrany života a zdravia osôb a majetku. Praktická časť sa zaoberá vlastnosťami bytových domov z pohľadu zabezpečenia. Na základe špecifických požiadaviek bytových domov boli navrhnuté riešenia metód zabezpečenia. Na záver boli metódy implementované do návrhu zabezpečenia bytového domu pre architektonickú štúdiu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with creation of a comprehensive analysis of apartment complexes in terms of their securing. It´s based on the statistics of property crime, which is in longterm quantitatively highest. The main aspects influencing solution of the thesis are legislation of property and people protection in the Czech Republic, the current methods of risk analysis and the methods of property, human life and health protection. The practical part deals with the characteristics of apartment complexes in terms of security. Based on the specific requirements of apartment complexes were designed solutions of security methods. At the end were the methods implemented in design securing apartment complex for the architectural study.
