dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou kolagenu a jeho rolí v léčbě kloubních onemocnění. Diplomová práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na onemocnění kloubního aparátu a možnosti léčby, co je to kolagen a jaké existují typy kolagenu. Také se soustředí na metabolismus kolagenu a jeho využití. Praktická část se zabývá metodikou stanovení kolagenu a použitím kapalinové chromatografie. Práce přináší celistvý pohled na danou problematiku a využívá všech dostupných zdrojů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the characterization of collagen and its role in the treatment of joint dinase. This thesis consists of theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on diseases of joints and treatment options, what it is colagen and what are the type of collagen. Also focus on the metabolism of collagen and use. The practical part deals with the metodology for determination of collagen and using liquid chromatogramy. Work provils a holistic view of the issue and use all available resources.
