dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na psychosociální aspekty u pacientů s onemocněním kolorektálního karcinomu. Teoretická část je zaměřená na obecnou charakteristiku onemocnění karcinomu tlustého střeva, jaké jsou rizikové faktory tohoto onemocnění, příznaky, diagnostika a terapie. Dále se zabývá psychologickými a sociálními důsledky tohoto zhoubného onemocnění. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvantitativní výzkum u pacientů s diagnostikovaným kolorektálním karcinomem. Pomocí výzkumu bylo zjištěno, jak pacienti žijí s onemocněním, a jak je toto onemocnění ovlivnilo v dalším každodenním životě. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak je ovlivněn život klienta s tímto onemocněním, s jakými problémy se nejvíce potýkal, a jaké změny se ho často dotýkají.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor thesis is concerned with psychosocial aspects of patients suffering from colorectal carcinoma. The theoretical part focuses on the general characterictics of colorectal carcinoma disease, its risk factors, symptoms, diagnostics and therapy. Psychological and social consequences of the malignant tumor are also mentioned. The practical part is concerned with the quantitative research of patients with colorectal carcinoma. The research showed the way patients suffering from the disease live and the way their everyday life has changed. The aim of the thesis was to find out how the life of a client suffering from the disease has been influenced, what major problems he or she has faced and what has changed in his or her life.
