Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza zmetkovitosti ve společnosti HAMAG, spol. s r.o. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše teoretických zdrojů k danému tématu. Tato část popisuje kvalitu, výrobní proces a jeho řízení a materiál používaný k výrobě. V úvodu praktické části je uvedena historie a charakteristika, společnosti, dále je popsán výrobní proces a ukázky výrobků. Dále v praktické části poje uvedena analýza zmetkovitosti, Paretova analýza a diagram příčin a následků. Na závěr je uvedeno finanční vyhodnocení zmetkovitosti ve společnosti HAMAG, spol. s r.o. a návrhy na zlepšení. |

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of waste in the company HAMAG,s.r.o. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, literary research of the theoretical sources on the given topic is elaborated. This section describes the quality, the manufacturing process and its management and the material used for the production. At the beginning of the practical part are presented the history and characteristics, the company, the production process and product samples are described. Further, in the practical part is presented the analysis of rejection, Paret analysis and graph of causes and consequences. Finally, the financial evaluation of the exclusion of HAMAG, s.r.o. Suggestions for improvement. |
