V této bakalářské práci je zhodnoceno hospodaření obce Sedlec u Mikulova v letech 2014-2016 a doporučení možných úprav a opatření pro zkvalitnění finanční situace obce. Práce se dělí na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část objasňuje základní pojmy, které se týkají veřejné správy jako zájmová a územní samospráva, obce, kde přibližuje povinnosti a práva obce, její orgány a působnost, rozpočet, hospodaření obce, finanční analýzy obce a účetní výkazy. Praktická část popisuje obec Sedlec, zkoumá příjmy a výdaje obce, řeší metody finanční analýzy a využívá finanční výkazy obce pro sestavení finanční analýzy. V závěru práce zhodnotila situaci obce Sedlec. |

In this bachelor thesis is rated economy of village named Sedlec u Mikulova in the following period 2014 -2016 and recommendation for possible adjustments and measures to improve financial situation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part clarifies basic concepts which are related to public administration, interest and territorial self-government scope, budget, management of the municipality, where it appro-aches, duties and rights and authorities, financial analysis and financial statements. Practi-cal part describes the village Sedlec, examines revenues and expenditure, deals with met-hods of the financial analysis and uses financial statements for assembly the financial ana-lysis. In the end of the thesis is evaluation of situation in the village Sedlec. |
