Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o současné problematice zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice. Obsahuje teoretické informace o migraci, historii migrace, trhu práce, dále pojednává o možnostech zaměstnávání cizinců a také se zabývá související legislativou. Věnuje se také podmínkám, za kterých mohou cizinci vstoupit a pobývat na území České republiky. Dále se zabývá integrací cizinců a jejich soužitím v hostitelské zemi. Smyslem této bakalářské práce je získat názor obyvatel České republiky, konkrétně z okresu Uherské Hradiště, na problematiku zaměstnávání cizinců v této zemi, a to pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu realizovaného formou dotazníkového šetření. |

This bachelor thesis deals with employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic. It also comprises theoretical information on migration, history of migration, labor market and it discusses employment of foreigners and relevant legislation. Moreover, it contains regulation of entry and stay of foreigners in the Czech Republic. In addition, it discusses integration of foreigners and their cohabitation in the host country.
