dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá vymezením práv pacientů při poskytování zdravotní péče a zdravotních služeb a jejich respektováním. Teoretická část práce seznamuje veřejnost s právy, která mají pacienti během čerpání zdravotní péče a služeb. Praktická část je realizovaná metodou dotazníkového šetření. Na základě odpovědí pacientů bylo odpovězeno na otázku, zda pacienti znají svá práva a zda jsou, podle jejich názoru, respektována.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor´s thesis focuses on definition of patient´s rights at health care and medical services delivery and their respecting. Theoretical part of this thesis familiarizes public with the rights of patients during taking the health care and services. Practical part is based on the survey method. On the grounds of patient´s responds was answered the question if the patients know their rights and if these rights are, by their opinion, respected.
