Práce se zabývá problematikou institutu pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu u nejmladších dětí. Úvodní části charakterizují jednotlivé formy náhradní rodinné péče, účel a společenský význam rodiny a výchovný proces, který v ní probíhá, včetně rizik, která s výchovou a vývojem dětí souvisí. Rovněž popisuje, jak reaguje sociální politika státu v této oblasti sociální péče. Dále práce hovoří o postupu svěření dítěte do pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu, o kritériích pro výběr vhodných pěstounů, jejich přípravě na výkon této činnosti, potřebách dětí a vztahových vazbách dítěte na biologickou rodinu. Empirická část práce vyhodnocuje názory a postoje studentů UTB ve Zlíně právě k problematice pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu, včetně zpracování a výsledků výzkumu, provedeného formou dotazníkové metody. |

This diploma thesis is focused on the isme of foster care for a temporary period in the youngest children. In the begining theoretical part of this thesis characterize variol forms of foster care, purpose and social importace of the family and the educational process that takes place in it, including the risks that the upbringing and development of children related. It also describes how the social policy of the state reacts in the field of social welfare. Furthermore, the work describes the proces sof putting the child into foster care for a temporary period, kriteria for selection of suitable foster parents, thein training for this aktivity, understanding childrens need and relationship link sof the child to the biological family. The research assesses the opinions and attitudes of student sof TBU Colledge Zlin just the isme of foster care for a temporary period, including processing and research, conducted through questionnaires. |
