dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce na téma "Resocializace vězňů v České republice" se zabývá problematikou socializace a resocializace odsouzených k výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Trest odnětí svobody prošel od jeho prvního využití až po současnost změnou v jeho vnímání. Na počátku byl trest vnímán jako forma odplaty. Poté měl trest sloužit jako nástroj pro nápravu člověka. Náprava neboli resocializace je hlavním tématem první části práce. Druhá část obsahuje dotazníkový průzkum, jehož cílem je zjistit vztah mezi recidivou a vybranými faktory.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Thesis with the subject "Resocialization of prisoners in the Czech Republic" deals with socialization and resocialization of prisoners convicted to imprisonment. Imprisonment passed since its first use to the present through change in his perception. At the beginning it was perceived as a form of retaliation. After that the imprisonment intended as a tool for correcting man. Remedy or re-socialization is the main theme of the first part of this thesis. The second part of this thesis contains a questionnaire survey aimed to investigate the rela-tionship between relapse and selected factors.
