dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku sociálních služeb pro seniory s cílem navrhnout projekt zřízení denního stacionáře pro starší obyvatele z Kroměříže a blízkého okolí. Daný problém byl řešen pomocí provedení dotazníkového šetření, analýzy makroprostředí, analýzy konkurence a vyhodnocení vybraných statistických údajů z daného regionu. Provedeným výzkumem bylo potvrzeno, že o tuto službu v dané oblasti bude vzrůstající zájem a na základě získaných údajů byl vypracován projekt založení Denního stacionáře pro seniory v Kroměříži, včetně analýzy rizik projektu a časového harmonogramu jeho spuštění.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the issue of social services for the elderly in order to design a project establishing a day care center for elderly residents of Kromeriz and its surroundings. The problem was solved by means of a questionnaire survey, macro environment analysis, analysis of competition and evaluation of selected statistical data from the region. Research confirmed that there will be increasing demand for this service in a given area. Based on the obtained data was developed a project to create day care center for the elderly in Kromeriz, including a risk analysis of the project and the timetable for launch.
