dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je Specifika komunikace sestry v intenzivní péči. V teoretické části jsou popsány druhy a význam komunikace, dále strategie a překážky v komunikaci s pacientem v intenzivní péči. Dále se tato práce zabývá komunikaci s rodinou pacienta a využití bazální stimulace jako formy komunikace s pacientem. Praktická část se skládá z kvantitativní studie formou dotazníku, který je určen pro všeobecné sestry a zdravotnické záchranáře pracující v intenzivní péči v Krajské nemocnici Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. Dotazník je zaměřen na význam a strategii komunikace s pacientem v intenzivní péči. Cílem práce je zjistit pohled zdravotnického personálu na specifika komunikace v intenzivní péči.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of my bachelor work is "Specific Communication of Nurses in Intensive Care". In theoretical part sorts and importance of communication are described, Furthermore strategy and a barrier in communicating with patients during the intensive care. This work is concerned with a patient's family communicating and they use the basal stimulation as a communication form with the patient. Practical part is composed of quantitative studies by a questionnaire which is intended for nurses or paramedics who work in Intensive Care Unit in Tomas Bata Hospital in Zlin. The Questionnaire is focused on a substance and communication strategy with the patient in intensive care. The aim of thesis was to find out the point of view for nursing staff on specific communication during intensive care.
