Tématem této bakalářská práce je studium ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů, kteří podstoupili chirurgickou léčbu nemalobuněčného karcinomu plic. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie a fyziologie plic, bronchogenní karcinom, jeho klasifikace, etiologie, klinické pro-jevy, diagnostika a terapie, zejména pak operační řešení, předoperační a pooperační péče o tyto pacienty. Praktickou část tvoří kvalitativní výzkum psaný formou případových studií kazuistik, které popisují pooperační péči u pacientů, kteří podstoupili lobektomii nebo atypickou resekci plic. Hlavním cílem práce bylo vysledovat specifika ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů po operaci plic. K tomu byly určeny tři dílčí cíle: 1) sledovat pooperační ošetřovatelskou péči, 2) určit specifické potřeby a problémy u pacientů po lobektomii a u pacientů po atypické resekci plic, 3) stanovit ošetřovatelské diagnózy dle taxonomie II NANDAI, které se u pacientů po operaci plic vždy vyskytují. Jako návrh do praxe byl vytvořen edukační prospekt (letáček), týkající se dechové rehabilitace u pacientů po operaci plic. |

The theme of this bachelor thesis is study of nursing care of patients who have undergone non-small-cell lung cancer surgery. The theory part briefly describes lung anatomy, bron-chogenic carcinoma and its classifications, etiology, clinic manifestation and diagnosis. Further we concentrate on therapy, especially the surgical solutions, respectively following preoperative and postoperative care. The practical part of the thesis covers qualitative study of this type of nursing care implemented in a form of case studies. The main goal was to monitor specifics of nursing care after lung surgery. We specified three particular goals: 1) monitor postoperative nursing care, 2) specify needs and problems of patients after lobectomy and patients after atypical lung resection, and 3) establish nursing diagnoses based on taxonomy II NANDAI, that are always present after lung surgery. As a practical proposal we created education material about breathing rehabilitation. |
