dc.description.abstract	Táto diplomová práca rieši uplatnenie vybraných metód priemyselného inžinierstva vo vý-robnom procese. Cieľom je zvýšenie využitia zariadení strižného centra vo firme XY. Na základe vykonanej procesnej analýzy boli pri riešení využité metódy štandardizácie, SMED a TPM. V rámci procesnej analýzy bol analyzovaný snímok pracovného dňa operátora, bola spracovaná Paretova analýza a posledným krokom bolo zhotovenie a analyzovanie vide-osnímkov prestavieb zariadení. Navrhované riešenie obsahuje zostavené štandardy preven-tívnej údržby, a to na týždennej a mesačnej báze. Takisto boli navrhnuté štandardy postupu najčastejších typov prestavieb a hlavných činností, ktoré s prestavbami súvisia. Súčasťou zlepšení je aj skrátenie času týchto prestavieb na základe aplikácie metódy SMED. Hlav-ným prínosom práce je zníženie času prestojov spôsobených prestavbami a opravami zaria-dení, a s tým súvisiace zvýšenie využitia zariadení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis solves application of chosen methods of industrial engineering in the production process. The purpose is to increase usage of machines of cutting center in the company XY. Based on the executed process analysis, methods as standardization, SMED and TPM were used in the solution. In the process analysis, working day record of an oper-ator was analysed, Pareto analysis was executed and the last step was to execute and ana-lyse videorecords of changeovers of machines. The suggested solution includes compiled standards of preventive maintenance and that to weekly and monthly basis. Also the standards of process of the most frequent types of changeovers and main operations which are connected with the changeovers were suggested. The part of improvements is also re-duction of duration of these changeovers based on the application of method SMED. The main contribution of this thesis is reduction of duration of downtimes caused by changeo-vers and repairing of machines and related increase of usage of machines.
